I purchased items a couple years ago. Need to replace them now. Only problem is, I have been trying for about a week to contact them, phone busy, email undeliverable, website unresponsive. Hoping it's only a network issue.
Excellent product and customer service. First used Pro Orthopedic Devices in the 80’s for a knee brace playing softball. Started playing Pickleball and didn’t want to hurt my knee. Actually pulled out what I use to used in the 80’s and it still worked, but decided to get a new one. Asked them to reinforce around the knee cap and they did. I highly respect this company. Quality product is top notch and customer service is excellent.
