Promotion PT is an excellent Physical Therapy spot. Small enough to have very personal service but big enough to have greatly skilled people and equipment. Jae is the best therapist I have ever worked with. He really dials into your issue and develops an extensive therapy plan and sees you through the entire recovery journey. Promotion has treated at some point, my wife and son as we are an active crew. Highly recommended.

I came in for shoulder/neck/tmj related pain and Kally helped me out so quickly and easily! She did dry needling and massaging, taught me stretches, and gave me many tips on how to strengthen my muscles to make my pain go away. I cannot say enough great things about her and her skills! Plus she is great to talk to and every session feels like so much fun. I highly recommend seeing her if you’re having any issues that require a PT. Additionally during each of my visits, James and Lacy were incredibly nice and welcoming. I also never had any complications dealing with insurance, which is a major plus!!

I cannot recommend James at Pro Motion Physical Therapy enough. From the very first appointment he was attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me feel better. He took the time to really understand what was going on, explained everything in a way that made sense, and created a plan that actually worked. I’m surprised by just how much progress I have made and how quickly. I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and my mobility has improved significantly. Every session feels productive, supportive, and tailored to what I need that day. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly exceptional at what they do, this is the place. Highly recommend Pro Motion for your pt needs! I had gone to many places over the years to find someone to help with my TMJ & shoulder pain issues. Kally was my person! She helped me so much, both with the work we did during our sessions and with the home exercises. She answered all my questions with patience, and truly helped me live a pain free life.
