Pro Health Pharmacy

Sent me WAY too much medication, like a lifetime supply. Then a month later, without me requesting it, sent a REFILL. They don't answer their phone during their "business hours" and it goes to a plain voicemail that just says, "Leave a message at the tone." They don't have a website to check on or correct the status of a prescription. This seems shady. Updated to add a star: They did return my call after the message I left. And agreed to cancel future auto-refills. Said they just automatically refill all prescriptions where they've waived the patient's co-pay. Guess they figure it wouldn't matter to patients as long as the patient wasn't being billed for the copay. It still smacks of insurance fraud.

My meds came on time!
