Prisma Health Urgent Care - West Columbia

The staff was amazing! From the time I walked in and was greeted by the young lady at the front desk to triage, and when the doctor came in was a great experience. I was able to pre-check in prior to my appointment. I was in and out within an hour. My doctor was very compassionate and I could tell that she was actually concerned for my situation. I've never had such an experience at an urgent care. Thank you!

The whole staff was very welcoming. Tomekia was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Mark Green explained things in a way I understood to put me at ease. The wait time was very reasonable. The facility was clean. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. For any other urgent care needs I may have, I will definitely be visiting this facility.

I was so grateful to be treated on a Sunday morning by such a welcoming and professional clinic. The nurse and PA listened carefully to my issues and even arranged for a chest X-ray. I am glad I didn't have to wait through the weekend for a response to my issues. I highly recommend this clinic.

The BEST urgent care within Cola! I came near closing, there was no wait, so I was seen within 15 mins of arrival. Jazz at the front desk helped me promptly fill out my paperwork, and assisted me regarding payment and insurance. Karen and Sam helped me with testing, they explained all the steps needed and assisted me well regarding questions. Leslie,my provider, was THE BEST, she answered all my questions regarding my health with empathy and caution. I can tell she truly cares about patient experience and patient health. My appointment ran a bit past closing, and everyone still gave me the best care without feeling rushed. With an all women team I felt extremely safe and cared for in my time of need. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have always been treated with respect and kindness at this location!! My kids were treated with care and kindness when I've brought them to this location as well. The process is as fast as they can make it, barring waiting on results from swab tests (because that takes the time it takes. You can't speed that up). The location is clean, updated, and the lobby is spacious, so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of other sick people. The water bottles they offer are a nice touch, too.
