Prisma Health Urgent Care - Simpsonville - Martin Farm

Everyone was great, from the moment l walked in I was greeted by both receptionists with a warm smile. Shortly afterwards the nurse called me to get my vitals checked. Right after I was shown to the treatment room to wait for my test results and to speak to the PA. He was very attentive and professional answered all my questions and informative. This is a whole lot better than going to the ER Prisma in Simpsonville. Their waiting time is hours on end. Great job to the staff at this facility, keep it going. Great first impression!

Every single employee I talked with was so respectful and kind. They listened to my concerns, and my provider discussed everything that was going on clearly. She was empathetic and helpful. It's a beautiful, clean facility. I highly recommend their services.

This place is nasty , they don’t have hand sanitizer in the room and they leave needles were you can see them . The staff are not friendly. Also your wait time is long . So make sure you plan on waiting.

Beautiful brand new office. The staff treated me professionally and with compassion. I would highly recommend when you are sick.

Urgent Care … the name says it all. Glad I was able to get my son in and out with no wait. All staff was very friendly and was able to assist right away. The desk clerk was able to update my appointment to this location, she did not hesitate to help me . Thank you to her I think her name was Brianna 😊
