From the moment we arrived at Marshall Orthodontics, we were welcomed with incredibly kind and warm service from Denice. She patiently explained everything we needed to know, making us feel completely comfortable and informed. Then, Dr. Marshall was very honest about the best treatment option for our son. Unlike other places we visited, they didn’t try to take our money — their main concern was the dental health and well-being of our child. We enjoyed great coffee, received thoughtful gifts, and were impressed by their spotless and beautifully maintained facilities. As a Latino family, we truly appreciated their excellent service in Spanish and the respectful, friendly way we were treated. They also offer very good payment options, making the whole process even easier. We highly recommend

Our visit to Marshall Orthodontics was such a positive experience! From the front desk to the doctor, everyone treated us with kindness and genuine care. They took the time to explain every step, answered our questions patiently, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole visit. Denice was amazing — patient, caring, and very clear in explaining everything to us, which made the visit so comfortable. Dr. Marshall was just as impressive — professional, honest, and truly focused on what was best for our son’s dental health. went here with my fiancée to get her a retainer, and she was very nervous initially, but we both immediately felt extremely welcomed by the staff here. the receptionist was immediately incredibly friendly. eventually i got to go back with my fiancée to talk with Erin, who was INCREDIBLE. she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, very humorous and charismatic. Dr. Marshall was also very welcoming and straightforward, and extremely easy to communicate with. overall, communication as a whole was 5/5. there wasn’t a single thing that they could have done any better.

1st time coming here. 1st off the front staff is phenomenal I would like to recognize Danielle and Kayla who both were Rockstars w my child w special needs Danielle helped her take images and Kayla talked to us abt the financial aspect they were exceptionally nice. Dr. Marshall was loving he took an interest in me and my daughter we spoke w us personally and helped us get the help w needed. He answered every question we had if I could I would give 10/10 highly recommend

Summary - this is the best Orthodontics practice in the city. Trust me. I could talk about the beautiful lobby and the fancy drink machine and the containers of lip balm and the festive holiday decorations. I could talk about how clean everything is, how transparent the billing practices are and how the appointments are always on time. I could even talk about how great my kids' teeth look after their braces and the expertise of the staff. However, as a parent of a child with sensory issues, I want to write about the incredible "chairside manner" of Dr. Marshall and his staff. My daughter had a very difficult time with her expander procedure and it was hard for me to watch. She cried, she screamed, she refused to open her mouth and overall just struggled due to her unique challenges. Morg
