Prisma Health Urgent Care - Red Bank/Lexington

Love the new location near home for us! Beautiful facility and great staff! Was checked in quick and easy. Was seen, had x-rays, diagnosed and released in under 3 hours. Definitely a great choice for urgent care! The sky view from the waiting room was quite beautiful too!

I had a wonderful experience with this practice. They are new and very close to my home. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. I also did the online check in. When I arrived, completing check in was very simple. The weight was not very long at all. The front desk was very pleasant.As were both providers that I saw. They really took their time to talk with me. And discuss my diagnosis. Would one hundred percent recommend.

I came in this morning for a finger I smashed Ina stroller. quick and easy visit, all staff were very nice and friendly. Nurse Jackie was very informative and very kind. The NP who saw me, sorry I forgot her name was also very nice and friendly gave me good instructions and told me to follow up if things don’t improve. Highly recommend!

I was able to choose my appointment time and complete all paperwork online. Everyone from the staff, nurse techs, my nurse PA, and doctor were very nice and thorough. I had a bad cut from a sharp knife on my hand and the PA was so gentle and took care of me very well. There is nothing bad I can say about my experience. I was in and out within 40 minutes. I will definitely be returning if needed.

Our daughter presented to the Emergency Department at Prisma Baptist in Columbia SC on a Friday afternoon around 2 PM in extreme abdominal pain. Imaging confirmed appendicitis, and she was admitted with the understanding that surgery would be necessary. We were informed that her appendectomy would not take place until the following morning. Overnight, her pain worsened significantly and became excruciating. After surgery on Saturday, we were told that her appendix had ruptured. As a result, she required an additional hospital day and IV antibiotics due to elevated white blood cell levels. We are grateful that she is now recovering and appreciate some of the care she received from the surgical and nursing teams.
