Prisma Health Urgent Care-Powdersville

Very appreciative of this office! I have been a long time intermittent patient from ACL tears and orthopedics to flu and in between. The admin staff helped me quickly and was very personable. I was triaged by the coolest nurse I’ve ever met who was quick with diagnostics and incredibly friendly. I was taken back within 10 minutes of being triaged. Upon arriving into my room I was immediately tested for a comprehensive panel for all possible concerns. I was treated urgently and quickly. The NP I saw was very knowledgeable and exceptional at diagnosing me. I could tell everyone was working hard and truly loving hat they do!

Nice facility, with plenty of parking. Sometimes its busy and sometimes its not. The staff is super friendly and Dr.York is great.

I had an amazing experience at this urgent care! Check-in was quick and smooth — I was seen right away. The nurse was so kind, patient, and reassuring, which really helped me feel comfortable. The PA was absolutely phenomenal — knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The location in Prisma Health Urgent Care in Powdersville is new. Was able to make an appointment for the same morning and was promptly checked in. Took about 10 minutes before going back to see staff. The PA was very knowledgeable and took extra time to address my questions and concerns.
