The staff at the Ingles pharmacy are top notch. They show compassionate and do not seem to be bothered when we have questions about medications.

To the other young lady that posted that the “grandmother at the checkout serves her in a bad mood”. I can’t speak to whether or not that lady is racist, but I can say that she is completely hateful towards me too and I am white. She refused to give me my pain medication after I had knee surgery because my insurance wouldn’t cover it, I let her know I would just pay out of pocket and explained I was post-op and she told me I couldn’t do that and I’d have to wait until the next day. So you may be asking yourself if I have a lot of prescriptions for pain medication- NO. Absolutely can count on 1 hand the amount of pain medication prescriptions I have had in my entire life. I was unable to sleep that night due to the severe pain I had and I had to ask my son to drive from Simpsonville to pick

This is by far the best Pharmacy in Powdersville. They are always polite, courteous, they work their best too get you the lowest copay possible. Have other options too talk with your doctor about if the medication is too high. Just totally fantastic people there. The Ingles store itself is great as well. Everyone is helpful there
