Prisma Health Urgent Care - Clemson

Great experience at Prisma Health Urgent Care - Clemson. I highly recommend you go online and book your appointment. In addition, I would fill out the check-in information online so it becomes very smooth and makes the whole process go quicker. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding. From the front desk, to the PA, to Dr. Ben. What a great team. Took the time to listen, access and make a diagnosis. The facility is clean, and they have everything I needed (including an x-ray machine), to be as efficient as possible. In addition, sending the prescriptions off electronically was a huge plus. If needed, I would go there next time without hesitation.

Staff members were great, it was so incredibly clean, masks and hand sanitizer everywhere. Both providers I saw were awesome and helpful. Overall really good experience for feeling as sick as I do!

My son ended up having a seizure in the waiting room while trying to get through the apparently lengthy check in process. He was just there to get a strep test. An ambulance was called. The EMS took his vitals. He was pretty upset and did not want to go in the ambulance. After that, Prisma staff said they would not see him then. Not even give him a strep test. Somehow, I got charged for a visit. When I called to see why, I was told, "we did some stuff on him." I don't know what "stuff" they did. They did not do a strep test. I was also told that the office manager has already said there will be no refund. I guess my son asked about it before he left. I tried to talk to the office manager about this charge, she has not returned my calls. I understand ensuring someone is safe after collaps

I usually absolutely dread going to the doctor especially urgent care because usually it takes forever despite the name being “urgent” but not only was i able to be seen quick but before my appointment! all the staff was extremely nice and i will be going back! hopefully i don’t have too but if im ever in a situation where i need to be seen fast i’ll definitely make an appointment! the staff is fantastic and i pray for them!

I came in as a walk-in regarding 2 sleepless nights that came from a sinus issue so painful I had a huge tension knot and headache from the last 6 weeks. Tatiana at Reception and the other gentleman were both so kind. I was hurting so terribly that they helped fill out paperwork, got me in as soon as possible. Jason, Triage RN, was kind, considerate listened to my concerns. The constant pain had caused my blood pressure to go up and he was kind, concerned. Then Taylor, PA, came in to see me. She was just as sweet as the others. She figured out I had a sinus infection, low grade fever, and tension headache from the pain. She prescribed an antibiotic and a muscle relaxer. She told me Ibuprofen in between us okay to add too. I am so glad I went. I went to the Prisma Urgent Care in Clemson, SC
