Prisma Health Pediatrics–Seneca

Everything went okay the only thing that bothered me is my 3yo son had his tablet with him and Dr Bruce made him put it away I get that she needed to look him over but it rubbed me wrong the way she told him to do it then he shut down and wouldn’t cooperate with her to let her check him over we are new patient this was are second visit I had a major issue at his old drs but honestly it made me want to switch back at least at his old drs office if he had his tablet or my phone watching something they was very friendly about it never forced him to put it away they’d check him over still. So we shall see I’m gonna still give this office another chance hopefully things will be better. And also at his old Dr office if we was a few mins late it wasn’t a problem I’m not to happy about how they s

The pediatrician Lorraine Bruce was VERY rude and condescending for no reason. She will try and guilt trip you if you are anti vaccine and as a new parent I don’t know everything and she was speaking to us as if we were stupid. ALL the other staff was very kind and friendly but she was no good

I been taking my kids there since they were born, Monica Silvia has always been great with my kids. Now that they are part of Prisma the health care has been still the same, we have seen other doctors and also been a good experience.

Dr. Ragwar has been my children’s primary care physician for almost 10 years now. She has always provide excellent care for my children, and always has their best interest at heart. In the past, I had issues with one of my children in school, and she had my back the whole time, hands down, no matter what others told I “should do.” This means a lot to a parent. I am not to familiar with the other pediatricians on staff, but I would highly recommend sending your child to see Dr. Ragwar. My children are all in their teens now, and still only want to see her for visits. A big thank you goes out to her from our family! Receptionist are always friendly and quick to get patients in for visit, even with short notice. All the way around, great service!

The ladies at this practice are awesome. Both times I have taken my grandson they are all very helpful and attentive to him. They clearly love what they do and it shows.
