Prisma Health Urgent Care - Seneca

I am very pleased with the care I received here. Minimal wait time. Office staff were very friendly and efficient. Clinical staff were also great. They took time to listen, and I was not rushed. Diagnosis and plan of treatment explained thoroughly. If needed in the future, I will not hesitate to return there.

I’m from up north and this urgent care blew all the ones back home out of the water. Amazing compassionate staff. Bright and clean. Made me feel comfortable and ate ease. Kudos to everyone! (Upper mgmt take notice and give them recognition for being shining stars, please)

Noel at front desk was a Wonderful first person to meet. She set the tone for the whole office. She was kind, friendly and professional. My Nurse, Kayla was Excellent! So warm & friendly. It was Obvious she Loved her career. She also gave a Great shot. Our Doctor was Excellent too. Everything Clean & Everyone so Nice! Keep Up the Excellent job!!!

Needed to make a Friday evening visit regarding a suspected allergic reaction to some drug a week following knee replacement surgery. Had a great experience with short wait, pleasant check-in with Penny and treatment from Danny, who searched MyChart for surgeon notes on anesthesia used for possible candidates, and found a convenient pharmacy to collect treatment prior to closing for the night. The entire time at the clinic was delightful - thanks to all!

Oh man it was simply the amazing they took care of my issue right away. The ladies in there were so nice and joked around. And just had a great time. I didnt get there names I do know one was Lauren. It was a great experience
