Prisma Health Orthopedics Convenient Care–Lexington

Please have a talk the young receptionist that answers the phone calls. She has a bad attitude. This is Monday 10/27/2025. If someone is being nice to you, the same energy should be reciprocated. When someone says (thank you) (um hum)shouldn’t be your response and then hang up. Be more professional, if you don’t like the job, find a new one. The tone in her voice was like she didn’t won’t to be there. Other than that the staff does a great job and very professional.

Dr. Thomas John Daley is the best! He is a very empathetic person, answers all your questions, explains everything clearly, and is always very accurate. He’s also very funny, which makes you feel like you’re in the best hands. This week the doctor treated two members of my family, and the service was just as efficient. I wish there were more doctors like him, who care for their patients with love and don’t just see them as another number. At the clinic you don’t have to wait long, and you’re seen quickly, which is great when you’re in a lot of pain.

Fantastic facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Someone rear ended my car Friday and I was feeling pretty worse for the wear but wasn't sure where I should go since it wasn't bad enough to go to the ER, my normal doctor was closed, and a lot of general urgent care places don't do x-rays. A friend recommended going here and I second that recommendation for anyone else with an orthopedic related concern.

Consistently was the worst urgent care experience we have had for our family. The last straw was finding out Dr Dingle sent our bill to collections INSTEAD OF TO ME TO PAY. I expected to be billed by MyChart or mail. Bill never came so I thought it was covered fully. Fast forward over a year later I'm getting letters from collections. Out of the blue. These people had my address to give to collections. Why didn't they use that same address to send me an itemized bill? Why not use MyChart to send me a bill? I'm an existing Lexington patient. We weren't hard to find! Shame.

Wow! This team is awesome and that is an understatement. I had an awful, horrible, terrible appointment at LMC this morning during an ASAP consultation referral where the person I saw completely disregarded the pain I was in a caused my injury to be exacerbated…by a lot. My insurance doesn’t cover Prisma, but I was extremely concerned as my exacerbated injury starting swelling and bruising, and I was not about to go back to LMC to be violated again. Then I found out about the Prisma convenient care in Lexington… They were absolutely fantastic after my very difficult morning. I was greeted with a smile and a very kind woman at the front desk which immediately felt comforting. I was treated respectfully by the nurses and PA that saw me.
