Prism Health North Texas Pharmacy - Oak Lawn

It feels like the organization has lost sight of the community it serves. Over the years, many changes and new faces have come and gone. In the past, there was a clearer sense of direction, but now it often feels like walking into an impersonal, AI-driven atmosphere—lacking the personal touch and meaningful connection we once experienced. The recent rebrand began with a lot of promise and excitement, but unfortunately, it seems that some doctors now view patients more as sources of revenue rather than individuals with unique experiences and emotions. While we truly appreciate the commitment to the community, it would be wonderful to see more of the human side come through, rather than a purely corporate approach.

I have been going to this location for a while now, and it is always an easy process when getting my check-up. In particular, I must commend Shakira for her exceptional service and attentiveness to my needs, as she consistently ensures that I am well informed. Overall, I have a great customer experience when I visit this location.

They have always been there for me. I’m a healthy man because Prism Health has always been there. Dr Rivera is the best one they’ve got. That lady is like family now. I miss her because I’m in the Oaklawn location now. But they have good doctors too.

I have been a long time customer of PHNTX Pharmacy since it’s inception. It started off as a wonderful local small pharmacy of a single location and since then has grown and seems to not care about it’s long term customers since their growth. The Oak Lawn location’s manager Rupert is an entitled mess and unprofessional. He demanded I acquire a scanner to scan these ridiculous audit forms and email them to their office after paying copays and having no issue with medication costs through my private insurer. Phntx pharmacy refused me my prescriptions until I emailed those “audit forms” back. I have since decided to switch over to CVS who is now doing a wonderful job at taking care of my prescription needs and does not require additional effort from me as the customer in order to obta
