I was so impressed with the quality of service I received when I choose this location seeking results from what was causing me to feel so sick. When checking in, Clayton's profession and positive manner was well appreciated. While in the exam room, Kori took all the necessary steps ensuring actual results were inputted correctly and Dr Yvonne was able to easily diagnose the systems. I really felt that I mattered and received the best treatment to take care of my illness. This is an awesome staff at the location on Washington Blvd. Thank you

Went there on the evening of Thursday 10/6/2022. They were closed before 8pm, and not like "packing up, getting ready to go home" closed, but "all lights off, doors locked up, no employee cars in the parking lot" closed. And it's pretty ironic that they have a huge sign in their window listing their business hours as open until 8pm. So either be open during your business hours or update your business hours to show that you close earlier than 8pm

This is my second time coming to this Urgent Care, and every time the MA Shay and the NP Yvonne dose there best to help me out with what whatever I need. They both work as a team and go above and beyond to nurse me back to health. I will always come here for the best care! Thanks Shay and Yvonne!

Don't go! My daughter had an appointment for noon. We just left and never saw a doctor. No reason offered. I tried to be patient but 2 hours and 44 minutes is totally beyond any expectations. Staff was polite but if you want to be seen and have anxiety this will promise to get you frustrated. Btw we were there for blood pressure issues they are now worse.

This establishment was absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly, fast and helpful. I felt seen and heard with my health concerns, given great care during my visit, as well as helpful resources to support me once I left. Clay, was helpful and friendly from over the phone and setting a warm welcome in the waiting room. Mo, was kind and gave a very peaceful insight to my initial checkup, and Yvonne was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do with my health concerns. Thank you all.! :)
