Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente South Baltimore County Medical Center

I only had one transaction with the pharmacy. I filled an order. Had selected both email and text notification. Didn't hear anything back. Logged in to my account and apparently my order is cancelled with no explanation, but most importantly without any notification. Not on my text or emails.

I scanned the shelves for pre-op supplies and couldn't find what I needed, so embarassed I approached the pharmacy desk to ask for help. Instead of pointing or giving instructions they stepped out and helped me find what I needed, even offering me options and explaining. They were so cordial and patient and I just adore the staff here.

I am new to the Kaiser medical plan, I came to urgent care because I have had a bad cough for 3 weeks. I arrived at 2:19 pm at 2:44 pm they took my vitals and the nurse had the courtesy to tell me that there is a 4-hour wait to see the doctor. This is abuse, just one doctor attending to all the patients who come to Urgent Care? This place is full of sick people who need to be cared for and feeling ill health, do you have to wait 4 hours to see a doctor as if it were an Emergency Room? I totally disagree so far horrible my experience here.

I think it’s ridiculous for the entire pharmacy team to be out of sights but you can hear music and giggles from the back. For the cashier to come up from and stand at the register ignoring me for eight mins. Rude and have no sense of urgency during a pandemic. It’s 11:56pm and there were no other customers here. I’m sitting in this building and three other employees are just sitting around being loud and playing on tic toc. This place is terrible.
