So quiet. So clean. So professional. So thorough. So clean. So adult. Such representation and excellence! #IYKYK They even offer a water when you go back to see the doc. And they have a fireplace! It really is the little things as you get older! This is definitely my new urgent care! Jocelyn and Ms. Barnes were official! And they even do primary care! Oh yeah, I will be back. Well hopefully I won't need to, but if I have to, I know I am in good hands! Puts all other Urgent Care's to shame! Only critique: Saw an interaction with front desk clerk and patient that was off-putting, causing him to leave before being seen. After paying his co-pay. And when overhearing her retell the story to someone on her phone (told you it was quiet), she did not tell the story accurately and took no accoun

So typically, I dont leave reviews unless absolutely necessary. I feel my care with this clinic was atrocious. Being one, I work for a doctor's office and was absolutely appalled by this place. I truly do not recommend anyone coming here. I was seen on Monday for an infection. I was told the doctor "might" want a pregnancy test after I had just finished my cycle 3 days beforehand. The kicker is, it was not confirmed with me before they dipped a cheap pregnancy test in my pee cup, and they had attempted to charge my locked card when I had already left the building. I was half way home when I got a call to come back in, only to be told it's just to take more money from me. Fine, take it. Shady, but take it. Wednesday I call multiple times and leave a voicemail, the antibiotic i was prescribe

On November 17th, I called the Canton location to reassure that they took my insurance. The front desk rep said they did. Great, I was on my way. Surprisingly, the front desk rep called me back to inform me that they take their last patient at 7:30pm. Great, I arrived at 7:19pm and signed in. The office was empty. I could hear the staff was in the back with conversation going, so I waited patiently at the counter to be helped. An annoyed young lady with a ponytail and glasses walked from the back and asked me what I was there for. I briefly explained my condition. She said she couldn’t hear me. She then grabs the sign in sheet to read what I wrote on it. She asked for my ID and my insurance card. I gave her my ID as I searched for my member ID number which is the same number on Medicaid ca

Great care and staff from the receptionist to the techs to the Healthcare team. They are sometimes pressed for time, and visits may be quick, but the whole team will make all the effort to answer your questions and get the care you need.

Been waiting 4 days to get test results back. They took the panel because I was concerned if I was going to get my baby sick; how is this helpful if I don’t find out for days??? I know they’re busy but I’ve called ten times, left three messages, and talked to someone twice that couldn’t help. They booked me a second appointment instead of calling with results!!! Why would I come pay ANOTHER copay before I get what I paid for last time???
