Princing's Pharmacy

Took medication back that was already paid for and never returned them had to change pharmacy’s to be able to receive her seizure medicine she was without for over a month. This pharmacy is garbage and needs to be closed down

Rude service I asked why my insurance wasn't working and got I don't know what to tell you so I pay and she says come back with receipt when your insurance goes through we can refund and I come back 2 weeks later and they still charge me I ask why and get I don't know I already told you ther is nothing I can do remember as if I'm dumb and forget, as I asked why they can't do anything or see why I got "nothing I can do" as a trained pharmacist the whole store didn't know what to do when the insurance wasn't working apparently and didn't want to give me wrong info she said, so I call my insurance they said this exact pharmacy is on the accepted list and when my insurance doesn't work they are supposed to call them and they can fix it right there and asked me why they didn't do that I said I

This pharmacy is hands down the best in Saginaw. Great Staff who always greet you with a huge smile and hello! Prescriptions always ready in a jiffy! Low wait times if any...if you are still going to Walgreens for your stuff then you are missing out! Princings treats everyone like they are number 1...not just a number like some other places around...
