Dr. Poulsen fixed our daughter's tongue tie and lip tie. Her and her staff are amazing! They fit us in the same day that we called. As new parents it was a scary time because our 4 day old daughter was losing weight. She truly cares about you as a person, you're not just another patient. Our daughter is now a thriving, growing 1 year old.

Giving this place 2 stars because they did help with my son's tongue tie when he was first born. But I took him back after 4 years just to make sure everything was alright and because the staff were so lovely. I thought this would be our home dental office. BUT now that we are discussing a re-release and was told that I need to contact them and have the speech therapist send over records that they have of my son to come up with a verdict, I can't get the dentist to get back to me. Emails are never answered. I only get to speak to Karen, the receptionist. It never goes any further. So no calls back. It has been 6 months of me and the speech therapist trying contacting the dentist. I'm very disappointed. I've decided to take him elsewhere.

TOP NOTCH dental care. Very professional and personable. They only see me twice a year for routine checkups but still treat me like I'm family as soon as I come through the front door. I've been coming here for years and couldn't imagine going to another provider.

Do not use this place! The rudest office ever. I was told by "Jackie" that I didnt have good insurance. Who does that??? Unprofessional. Come to find out, the employees dont even have insurance themselves. Ha! They dont discuss what work needs to be done and they just do it and then you have an unexpected bill. Poor office. Money hungry vultures.

Dr. Fleming is amazing! She understands the "fear" of being in the chair and has a way of being a "calm" prescence in the room! Of course Jennifer is the best hygenist
