I had great experiences while my dad was in the hospital on floor 6. The entire nursing staff was fantastic, but I had more interaction with the CNA’s. Tyria, Alexis, and Hallie were exceptionally kind and caring with my dad. They went above and beyond to make him feel safe and comfortable. It was obvious that they truly love what they do and care about their patients. I cannot begin to express my appreciation.

I spent four hours in the ER this morning where I received excellent care. The new ER system of seeing patients is fabulous as are the medical team of Dr. Weston, nurse Jenny and nurse Kelsie, along with nurse Kasia. I received prompt care, and left with a definite diagnosis and meds to treat me. Thank you to all the healthcare workers I encountered today. I appreciate all of you.

I was there with my stepmom. She was in for her gallbladder. I had to help the nurse with her tubing so she could use the restroom. Then when she got out the nurse expected me to know how to scoot her up properly. I don’t know how to do that stuff. What is wrong with this place? It’s disorganized, confusing, and no one seems to know anything. Oh plus several family members have died here during basic routine surgery..

This is a screen shot of a nurse’s TikTok account who is employed at St Joe. She isn’t just trolling people online. Her behavior is seeping into the hospital. I was admitted for sepsis, inhalation pneumonia, and a mass in my lung. So to say I was in severe pain is an understatement and she was sadistic. She withheld pain medicine and was sure to cover her tracks. Don’t leave your family alone here. EVER.

I give it a three not because of the service here but the presence and appearance. After checking in, there were drinks spilled on the floor, garbage on seats and the floor, people were also sleeping on the floor. For the entrance of a hospital, it looks like the start of a homeless camp with all the staff laughing and ignoring not only people but the messes left everywhere. This is a hospital and that is not sanitary or a way a hospital should accept people. Being treated here is great though, once you get past the gross triage area and the rude staff, you do get taken care of here, and the inside of the units are not disgusting like the entrance area and triage area. The team is great and they do a wonderful job of speeding the process along even when they are fully booked. I would give
