Prince George Healthcare Center

My mother N Law was at Prince George for 3 mos after a nasty fall. The staff in every department was awesome. Our family was very satisfied with the care she received. Highly recommend.

If you can help it, please don't take your loved one there. I had a family member there. He was there for 5 years this facility was so bad, myself and my family was there every day to take care of him because he was not being taken care of. The director the director was the nastiest person I encounter . She had no respect for the family members concerns.

Our family has found great comfort in the care provided for our mother at Prince George. It’s fully staffed with qualified skilled nurses and personnel. Everyone is very responsive and tentative. The staff is always helpful and facility is very vibrant. It has good positive energy and always buzzing. My mother has resided there almost a year and it’s such a relief to know she’s cared for. The staff keeps me informed of mom’s care, well being, if she isn’t feeling well, etc. On a regular basis. We had so much fun at the family Thanksgiving party yesterday and can’t wait for more! Thank you to Theresa and her entire staff at PG. You run a tight ship! 🙏👌✌️

Visited a patient here over the weekend. The one nurse that helped was very nice. I would never let a family member of mine be a patient in this facility. It is discussing and nasty. Mold and water damage along the entire outside of the facility. Beds have a vinyl look. They are peeled and cracked exposing interior material. Above patient’s bed, paint has either been dripped or peeled off. Patients chair was full of food and crumbs. I’m not sure how long that’s been there. Entrance into the facility has very unprofessional workers. Wish I could share photos.

I have been working with Prince George Healthcare for three years with patients and residents who are in therapy with the amazing team there! Having such wonderful staff there makes our job of providing prosthetics a breeze! We also see wonderful success with our patients while they continue to work with Shelby and her team learning their new prostheses. Smiling faces from all staff and residents is always a good sign of a great facility!
