I’m a dental hygienist, and I’m so happy I found Dr. Luu as the orthodontist for my kids. Because of my profession, I’m very detail-oriented when choosing a dental office, and this practice checks all the boxes. Scheduling is easy, and they’re open every other Saturday, which is a huge plus for busy families. We’re always seen on time, and I truly appreciate the mutual respect for everyone’s time. The waiting room is cozy, offers water and drinks, and always smells pleasant. More importantly, infection control here is excellent. I had a great Invisalign experience at Primrose Orthodontics. Dr. Luu is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the process and answer my questions. The entire office team is welcoming and kind as well. It was easy to set up appointments and the office is nice and modern.

Before starting my Invisalign journey, I was doing research on multiple orthodontists in the area and finally settled on Dr. Luu. He was really kind during the consultation and throughout the procedure. I never felt rushed and he made sure I had all the refinements I needed til I was satisfied. Dr. Luu is professional and friendly. I just completed the 1.5 year Invisalign treatment, everything is great. I even had a crown placed on my front tooth during the treatment, but Dr. Luu responded quickly to let me get the new tray. Dr. Luu is from USC and his dad is a dentist too. He is one of my trusted doctors for my teeth.

This review is long overdue. I finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Luu after approximately two years. Not only did I get physical satisfactory results but my confidence has received a boost and I’m definitely smiling in pictures more than I did before starting this journey.
