PrimeDoc Primary Care-Glen Echo

⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with this office was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As a new patient, simply finding the location was unnecessarily difficult. The navigation directions led me to a gas station, and there was little to no clear signage indicating where the actual office was located. After walking around for several minutes, I finally noticed a small sign stating the office was up a hill behind the gas station. To make matters worse, the area is currently dealing with a sewer overflow, which caused additional traffic and delays getting there. When I finally located the building, the office doors were locked and patients have to be buzzed in by a receptionist watching the door(which seemed odd). Once I was let inside, I was surprised to find the office completely empty. D

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care I received at this facility. The two nurses i interacted with demonstrated outstanding professionalism and kindness during my appointment. They explained each step of the process, ensuring I was informed and comfortable throughout. Dr. Hayford's expertise and compassionate approach made my consultation truly memorable. Overall, I experienced excellent care from all the healthcare professionals I interacted with, and I highly recommend this facility for its outstanding service and patient-centered approach.

From reception to doctor, this was a first rate experience. The receptionist was polite, helpful and friendly, and the doctor was extremely efficient and determined to do what was necessary to make sure I was in good hands. I wish I had known about PrimeDoc before now -- I would have made them my "go to" for medical help!

Dr. Hayford is a terrific doctor. He listens, he explains thoroughly, and is innovative in his approaches. I felt like a real person and not just as an appointment. Every experience I've had at the Glen Echo facility has been very good. We are lucky to have one so close to us.

Dr. Hayford is the definition of a true professional. His care for his patients is remarkable. Always going above and beyond is an understatement for who Dr. Hayford is. Thanks again
