I have had mixed experiences at this practice. My main complaint is the use of patient portal. I was instructed to use patient portal if I had any questions about a diagnosis. When I had a question, I posted it in my patient portal. No response. I gave it some time and then posted twice more. I then received a response from the receptionist saying that if I had questions, I needed to book a follow up appointment. Having spoken to other adults in the area, I confirmed that the patient portal, in many/most practices is used for questions with doctors, that it is a regular system that doctors and patients communicate through quite frequently. I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. I went in as a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked through the door. They were attentive to my concerns and made sure all of my needs were met efficiently. The entire process was smooth, and I truly appreciated how respectful and organized the office was. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for prompt and compassionate care. & they also take tricare :)

On March 20th, 2025, I developed severe anxiety and panic attacks. Long story short, Dr. Wasim had been my doctor years ago, but she left Inova, and I had no choice but to find a new provider. Unfortunately, the new doctor was careless. Due to his malpractice, he prescribed me two medications. When I asked about side effects, he told me there were none. My body did not tolerate those medications at all. I ended up going to the hospital more than 20 times.
