PriMED Physicians Centerville Pediatrics

Our son was a patient here from 2018 until 2022 or so. In 2019, he had hives in reaction to vaccines. We informed PriMED about this, but they downplayed it. Our son's development started to slow and even reverse in 2020. We continued to notice reactions to vaccines until his last one in late 2021. We informed PriMED Centerville that we had to stop doing vaccines due to the reactions. They said that they couldn't have our son as a patient anymore if we weren't going to continue with vaccines. Our son is now nonverbal, autistic, and very frequently suffers from mysterious, unknown pains. We suspect that the vaccines were a strong, contributing factor to this, and now our son likely suffers lifelong consequences because of PriMED's apathy to our son's reactions to vaccines.

I’ll be completely honest. It’s been a couple of years since my daughter was seen there, but I see the building on 675 and am reminded occasionally of how awful my family was treated by the staff there. As a mother of five, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been going here for my kids for 11 yrs. I did think it was more patient focused previously but I just can't leave Dr eizenhut who is truly so incredible. He is kind and you can just see how much care he has for the kids and the parents who come in. I wish it wasn't so corporate now but he makes it all worth it. As for staff not answering the phones I've only experienced this once and it was because I called during what I'd assume is lunch hour. 11 yrs strong and I've always been answered with kindness and compassion for apts or questions.

Left this practice over a year ago because of their terrible response times and cooperate nightmare structure. Well had to deal with them again today because they had failed to get my child's vaccine records to his new doctor and it was causing issues with preschool registration. So while our new doctor emailed the records to Dayton Public Schools in seconds I spent 90 minutes on hold, being transferred, and generally un-helped across 4 individual staff plus an Office Manager while sitting in the DPS preschool board offices. While on these calls their employees told their manager that I was yelling and cussing them out. I am in a room full of public city employees, parents, and children looking up at a security camera. Been going here for 11 years…and this is the year 2024 that comes to an end. Look through google reviews that are more recent regarding this office, and all of Primed before making the choice to bring your child here. They used to be doctor owned, and partnerships with Kettering Health and Dayton Children’s have brought on pressures leading to process changes that are not patient or parent centered.
