I LOVE Dr Muse and the staff has been kind and caring to me and my children but the wait time is ridiculous! Waiting over an hour at EVERY appointment is crazy!! Doesn’t matter what time of day the appointment is scheduled or what it’s for, I have NEVER waited less than an hour to see the doctor. And with children an hour is an eternity😩 the only reason for this 3 star review is the wait time.

Fyi Will not make exceptions for vaccines that caused a swelling reaction for my son. Will not allow spacing out certain vaccines. To add, since they have become affiliated with childrens, their billing will nickel and dime you. Its a good office with good doctors, but unfortunately, if this is what you are looking for, you will need to go somewhere else.

I like this place, no idea why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment, my phone calls are always answered promptly and professionally & Dr. Lyman has been great so far! I recommend this office!

I have been taking my child to see Dr. Muse after our last pediatrician suddenly closed. Each and every time I am amazed at how Dr. Muse takes the time to actively listen to my child's inputs along with mine to come up with the right solution. She doesn't just prescribe meds without a solid plan. And this level of care has been evident across all the offices which we have had to use for more urgent visits. We have always been able to be seen timely and I think it is great the hours are extended and they can utilize several sites. Keep up the great work and if you are looking for a pediatrician, this is a great place to start!

We love our physician but the wait times are over an hour every time we’ve been in for a sick visit or wellness check up. It’s inconsiderate of everyone’s time and ridiculous for children/infants to be expected to sit there that amount of time.
