The worst! Inconsistent with dispensing meds. Almost gave the wrong meds until the person pointed it out. Thought a BP of 180/127 was OK and say they will be back to check and 12 hours later they come back. Try to email the contact on the website and the email address bounces back.

PrimeCare is the worst. Dr and PAs at Anne Arundel County Detention Center at Ordanance Rd are totally incompetent they refuse to look at patients medical records, will not listen to their patient. They knowingly try to give them medications that they are allergic too and will not provide a proper substitute. When they refuse to take said medications. They are denied to see or talk to the doctor who changed their meds without ever seeing the patient. They will bold face lie about everything. Each passing the blame on someone else without resolving issues. They place their patients lives and well-being in jeopardy without a single care, placing them in danger of death or permanent damage. Diabetics and those with high blood pressure are not treated appropriately on a continual basis.

Sam L gets stuff done for inmates. She is a God send to this company.

Peolpe are awesome and very well educated in their feild of expertise. Would recommend anyone to this facility.
