Everyone treats me with respect, shoutout to the receptionist. She knows your name already when you walk through the door it makes the experience real personable. All doctors are good as well at least the ones I’ve met

I loved my recent experience here at prime time dental! I had a cleaning, I felt comfortable and more confident after my cleaning. They were very gentle barely felt any pain and they were fast. 10/10 recommend.

I went for an emergency apt while my previous dentist was out of country. The female dentist I saw came in and told me I was going to lose my two front teeth (made me feel like an emergency, I have a great smile), discussing crowns/implants/veneers before she even told me if the injury I came in for caused infection/nerve damage. I have a short root on my tooth I injured, which I knew. I told her how she was speaking to me was making me anxious and she continued to speak to me in absolutes. The front office manager was very kind. He helped to over options, explain ins and offered to have the dentist polish the previous bonding done by other dentist at no charge. When I went back to the exam room again, the same dentist came in and said “what do you want me to do ? What’s the problem?” At t

It was a great experience. Everyone was nice. Doctor was short, sweet and to the point. Told me what I should work on, and cleaned my teeth beautifully.

I was told by the staffs in front of this clinic that the checkup will be full covered by the dental insurance. $0 dollar co-pay. I was referred by a friend, and I believed them due to my last year checkup nearby my home was $0. After a month later they billed me $54. I called them, they ignored. They weren't reliable, and lied to the customer. I should never go back again. What a liar!!! Please ask them first and have them write a statement in advance for guarantee before startings. I do not want anyone has the same issue as mine.
