I had an outstanding experience at Smile Culture from start to finish. First, connecting virtually made the process a breeze to fill out paperwork prior to the first consult on my own time. Kathleen at the front desk set the tone right away with her friendly welcome, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. She made checking in, reviewing the potential treatment plan costs along with benefits, and understanding my appointment details incredibly easy. Dr. Low was thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I will reserve my review to 4* as it was my 1st b by visit. Every one seems very friendly and nice. I am not sure because of Ist where too much was being done opening financial account and was told and advised by Cathalin to sign up for another financial obligation. In my views 1st visit should not burden new patient. Overall I think it was a positive experience and will learn more during future visits if the service provided by the staff prolongs and remains excellent!

It was my first time here ever and I had a great time being cared for by Dr. Low with assistance from Almeter White. They listened to me, regarding my pain tolerance (which is very low) and we even got to enjoy a good flick. Really professional and accommodating.

The office was clean with modern technology, and the front office staff was very nice. Kathleen is an expert hygienist - detailed and informative. Both Kathleen and Dr. Low were friendly and welcoming. I just moved to the area so was looking for a new dentist, and am happy to have found one of the nicest practices I'd been to in years.

I'll start by giving them five stars overall. The service at reception with Ms. Kathleen was incredible. I had to fill out a form that was in English, and she was kind enough to translate it into Spanish for me. She was truly very helpful and explained all the procedures I needed to follow. Then, Ms. Pollyana called me in for the X-rays. She is truly an expert at what she does and explained everything step by step. She was very friendly and reassured me that I would have a good result and that I shouldn't worry, and that's exactly what happened.
