Dr. Tami Ford at Prime Physical Therapy is a lifesaver! Any problem I’ve had with my beat up body, she’s been able to address and get me back on track. This week I walked in like The Tim Man, 45 minutes I danced out of the office like I was personally offended by my previous limp!

My physician recommend this practice to me for physical therapy--however, I was unable to schedule an appointment. I confirmed that they take my health insurance with the front desk staff and she said yes. I went through the entire process of starting a new patient chart just for the clerk to tell me they don't take my secondary insurance. I've never experienced being rejected for care because of my secondary insurance. They didn't even bother to allow me to pay whatever the difference would have been if they didn't want to bill my secondary insurance. Verbatim, she said they can't see me because of my secondary insurance. Strange.

Dr. Won and Dr. Tami are amazing. Their expertise and service goes above and beyond. I recommend anyone looking for PT to check them out!
