Prime Orthodontics Williamsburg

We have been going here for over a year. The tech team is very nice. Their communication for appointments is very poor. When you call and leave a voicemail no one calls you back. They cancelled my son’s appointment due to snow. No one ever called to reschedule. I call to reschedule no appointments to see him till a month later. He been 4 months since we see the DR!! Can you say def a delay in care/treatment.Then my son has had issues with popping brakes due to his bite and not his fault as his teeth were shifting. Now every time he pops a bracket it’s $30.00. The orthodontist is only in Williamsburg clinic on Tuesday so if you work you have no other options on days to see the DR. We had a great experience here. The team was incredibly engaging with my daughter and really helped reduce her fear about getting braces. They clearly explained the differences between braces and Invisalign, including the pros and cons of each, and were upfront about costs from the start. Scheduling was also easy and coordinated smoothly with our local dentist. Highly recommend.

We had no issues scheduling for our consult, and the young woman at check in and check out was fantastic. Our consultation felt rushed, and we had very little explanation about what was being done, or why. When we saw the orthodontist, it felt like she too was rushed and aside from two referrals with very little explanation, I had to call back after our appointment to ask questions and gain clarity. Here’s to hoping the next visit is better.

Great experience - staff is amazing. I have two kiddos receiving orthodontic treatment there and I am very pleased with the results thus far.

Took my granddaughter to get her braces this morning and she was nervous but excited. Kelly gave her peace of mind and talked her through the entire process!! Loved her friendly bedside manner ( a biggie for me) and how sweet she was!!! Even the dr ( dentist) was super welcoming and friendly!!! I recommend this guys for sure!!!!
