Prime Infusions

Unreliable service. Would not recommend. I called on Thursday, Sept 11 for my Knee Infusion Gel, expected Friday Sept 12th. I couldn’t book my Dr.'s appointment until it arrived. When I followed up Monday, Sept 15, I was told the prescription hadn’t been sent, Friday nor that Monday. They forgot. They admitted the mistake but refused to expedite delivery. As someone with pharmacy experience, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. A staff member even called asking for payment before identifying themselves, and said they'd mail a receipt, not email it. The front desk was polite, but the overall experience was careless and frustrating. Do better.

There’s a family vibe at this pharmacy that makes all the difference. Every time I call, I’m greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff not only takes care of my medical needs with professionalism and care, but they’ve also become people I consider friends. The pharmacists somehow always know when my refill is due and always gets it to me, so there’s no worry on my part. It’s rare to find that kind of personal connection in healthcare.

Prime Infusions is outstanding! The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Radha and Sara have consistently gone above and beyond to support me with my prescriptions. They are always on top of everything and makes sure I  have what I need!
