I have not been to a gym or took classes since my youngest was born. I was looking for a welcoming space to start getting back into shape. Prime Fitness has done just that! Riley is really encouraging and makes a point to check in on how you’re feeling. She has answered all of the questions I’ve had before each class. I can’t wait to try all of her classes and build my strength back!
Excellent class for Parkinson’s . Stretching and Balance control.
