The short wait time was the only positive thing about our visit. My 13 year old daughter injured her elbow at school so I brought here for a X-ray. The school nurse had already placed a sling on my daughter’s arm. The NP at Mainstreet never even took the sling off to do an assessment of my daughter’s arm. If she had, she would have seen the swelling. The NP said the X-ray looked fine to her but she would call if the radiologist saw anything. She offered my daughter a toradol shot. My daughter declined because what 13 year old wants a shot? The NP then told me that my daughter wasn’t really hurting because if she was, she would have gladly taken the shot. We left and after several hours of not hearing anything and my daughter still being in pain and swollen, I called the clinic back to see

Very respectful staff and friendly. Was in and out with no problem. And the facility was CLEAN... Definitely will visit again if services are needed. My daughter felt so much better after she received a shot and her prescription was sent in to the pharmacy.

We had a great experience at Main Street Family Care. The nurse practitioner and nurse both had excellent bedside manner and were very kind and attentive. They saw me, my husband, and my son just before Christmas. It was a busy weekend, so we did have to practice some patience, but the location was very convenient and the visit was absolutely worth it to get us all feeling better. Thank you!

There was a lot of people in there when I got there but they were professional and patient with everyone. They checked me out and gave me 2 shots and I almost instantaneously felt better after being sick almost 2 weeks. They are my go to when I need a fix. They did a great job today

I have never had a positive experience here, and have visited at least 5-6 different times. Between unclean facilities, insane waiting times even when the place isn’t busy, misdiagnoses that are confirmed by other urgent cares, and mistreatments, this place is not an urgent care I would ever recommend anyone to visit. The only reason I ever waste my time or money on this place is when it’s the only one open in town. It’s highly unfriendly and unwelcoming, as they have iPad kiosks rather than receptionists, and their “treatment” for everything is a steroid shot and antibiotics, no matter the symptoms. At least 3 times that I have visited here, I have ended up having to go to a different doctor 4-5 days later. It’s a really sad excuse for a medical facility.
