Went to Prime Dental lab to have an emergency repair done to my snap on Dentures. Nicholas Fournaris did an incredible job. Had them back on in one day!. Satisfied customer.

This dental lab does wonderful work. The owner Nicholas and his staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Nicholas takes his time with you, listens to your concerns, and has a very positive attitude. The work needed is done quickly and the finished product is well done, making you pleased with the results. It's a very pleasant office atmosphere, while waiting. So good to know that they are there, ready willing and able to assist you, when you're in need of such a service. Well done Nicholas and Thank You So Much.

I'm posting this review at the request of my mother who was very pleased with the service and dentures she had done. She expressed her satisfaction and pleasure dealing with the technician and felt at ease throughout the process. The tech reassured her that the fitting will be adjusted if needed because she had a tooth pulled and the gums were still in the healing process. My mother highly recommend this lab to anyone for their dental needs.

I recently visited the lab to get my mom's teeth situated, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. I’m very protective of my mom, and despite having to travel later that day, I was determined to stay with her the entire time. First, we met Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and pleasant. She matched my mom's teeth color perfectly, making the process smooth and efficient. Then, we met Nick, who was amazing. He explained everything from start to finish, understood my concerns, and made me feel very comfortable. He even offered me his number and assured me that they would communicate via FaceTime to keep me updated. So, I initially made a appointment to see the Technician. However, when I get there I was told, "He took his father to the doctor by the Manager, Sarah". So, she would be the one doing the dental molds. Sarah came off overtly friendly. Stating, "Do I know you from somewhere?" However, the entire time being there, she kept her face mask on concealing her identity! Which was odd. Anyhow, I made it clear I wanted flexible partials. She took the molding of my teeth. Than asked me what time would I be coming back in a week, to make sure the prostatic fits. In which, I distinctly told her 1pm. I arrive 1 week later to a rude front desk older gentleman.
