Prime Care Urgent & Family Care

Everything was wonderful! We felt like our doctor and the nurse were so caring and thorough~like they really cared. Thank goodness for a medical practice that makes you feel so special.

Went here because I was not feeling good at all, tests came back negative. Went to another urgent care 3 days later, provided the same information about my symptoms and they gave a chest x-ray & blood tests. Turns out I have Pneumonia after the doctors here said I was okay and it’s just a severe cold. They didn’t even provide me any medication after I said over the counter medications weren’t working.. never coming back.

I really need to start reading recent reviews, because I probably would've saved myself the headache this place has caused me. Although they claim to have experience with military/Tricare, their staff are apparently quite incompetent, so I'd rec for ex‐/military and beneficiaries to avoid this particular practice. We had our daughter checked here at their urgent care Nov 2025, and things seemed to be standard (to be fair, a lot of urgent care facilities aren't ideal for diagnosis or regular care), but she was recovering—very, very slowly—from an unknown infection and we just wanted to get a professional opinion if we should be doing more. Regardless of what they did/didn't do at that time, she naturally recovered and we thought it was the end of that—we were wrong. Fast forward to Dec 20

Today I had to go to urgent care and from the time they open the doors at nine the receptionist was great. I was quickly seen and Dr. Roberts was excellent. Very compassionate towards my infection and frequency of them. When I can't get into my regular doctor, I come here and I bring all my grandchildren here too when they can't see a regular Doctor. So thank you for your support this morning.

I took a woman that I care for in, got Dr Updyke. Very knowledgeable, I felt like he knew what he was doing, much more than her regular Dr. We didn’t have to wait too long before seen. Will definitely take her there again, more information than 3 Dr. visits and over 2 months of an ongoing rash.
