Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Spotsylvania, VA

Well let me tell you. I have not gone to the dentist in many many years because of a childhood trauma I carried my entire life. I needed medical clearance for an upcoming surgery and my PCP told me I had to see a dentists so I went. Long story short Bright Now told me that I needed a deep cleaning and a tooth pulled. I made an appointment to return but when I left I couldn’t not keep my next appointment I was so emotional. So I went in for the procedure and asked so many questions were they going to numb me with needles yes of course they had to. I almost ran out the office but a Dental Hygienist by the name of Catherine who is my angle talked to me and reassured me it’s not like it use to be. She was so sweet she numbed my gums gave me the needle and guess what I did not feel a thin

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to Bright Now Dental. I have been a patient here before, but this time the overall atmosphere felt noticeably different, and unfortunately the experience left me uncomfortable. I want to start by saying that the new dentist, Dr. Defare, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He made a great impression and I appreciated his demeanor. Front desk was awesome aware Hispanic or African American lady, golden hair, light brown skin, Indid not get her name unfortunately. However, my interaction with a staff member named Jackie was the complete opposite and was honestly upsetting. Throughout my visit, she came across as smug, dismissive, passive-aggressive, and condescending. Her tone and body language made me fee

We received a bill from Bright Dental for an appointment where no services were rendered. We had a scheduled appointment, but upon our arrival they stated we did not have an appointment. I provided proof of confirmation for the appointment. While waiting for them to determine why their records were not accurate, they stated they no longer accepted our insurance. We left without having any services done.They are now billing us for this visit. Please beware of fraudulent billing practices from this establishment.

I booked an appointment for an office in Stafford, VA and mistook the address for their office in Spotsylvania on the day of my scheduling. The office staff not only arranged my appointment for their location to accommodate my error, they also took the unnecessary time from their day to assist me with my complicated dental insurance matters. Great people, awesome service.

I was in pain, without insurance and only had one day I could get the work done that I needed, everyone I encountered was more than kind, extremely friendly and gentle, they got everything done I needed, explained everything clearly and were very affordable. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE, and anyone with a dental phobia....this is the place to go. These folks are the best
