Prime Care Pharmacy

This place is extremely dilapidated, most of the store looks like it's been through the apocalypse. I also waited double the time estimate I was given for my prescription. Avoid if you're in a hurry.

I loved that they delivered yet after yesterday I will never use them again. 5 days ago I brought in my subscription and they told me they had to order and that it would take 4 days. So I had been out of this very important medication since then but waited. When I came to inquire if my order came in he said yes but he would call me right back. He never did. Do when I finally realized he was not going to call me back I called again. They said my insurance would not cover it. Frustrated I agreed to pay the 150.00 anyway since I had been out of the medication so long. They said I missed the delivery time but if I rushed to get there they would wait.?I then paid someone to rush down there. When I got there the same man who never called me back apologized and said my order was never ordered. I

The pharmacist was the kindest man. I was having issues with my medication and he gave 1000% of his time and knowledge to ease my worries. Thank you for your time, kind words and caring. You change my day from not so good to great

Prime Care Pharmacy will repeatedly short your prescriptions—then make you wait hours as they sort through how they messed up their inventory. They did so with me twice, causing long delays, are super unorganized, and are very unfriendly.

Great local pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff are even better. I've used many pharmacies over the years. Now, I've found my home and am loyal to only Prime Care. As a patient at Prime Care I definitely feel welcome and that I'm getting the best care around. Prices are fair and staff is accommodating. Always a pleasure to visit this business, however if you can't make it into the store they offer free delivery to the greater Melbourne area, including beachside. Highly recommended. Five Stars.
