Primary Pediatrics

Dr. Perdue was amazing. As a new mom back in 2013, she treated us like family guiding us and giving us much needed tips in newborn care. We moved out of state and I’ve since had another child but 11 years later, I’m back to say thank you- your level of care is still unmatched!

Dr. S. Perdue has been taking care of my son whom is now 5 years old since he was an infant. She is amazing, the staff, nurses are all very personable and kind. Also Dr. Brown is very good he helped us out tremendously. Mrs. Tanya whom manages the front desk is the best. I am grateful for having Primary Pediatrics. Especially after relocating to MD it can be challenging to find a pediatrician. This office is amazing.

Dr. Stephanie Purdue was recommended to us when we were looking for a pediatrician. Since our daughter’s birth in the hospital, she and the team at Primary Pediatrics-Laurel have been there for us. Very clean and professional office. My husband and I look forward to continue going here for years to come!

My daughter has seen Dr. Angela Gadsby (who has since retired) and now Dr. Emily Barrios and I have nothing but great things to say! It is so easy to make an appointment or schedule an emergency appointment, virtual or in person. The nurses are SO nice and efficient, talkative, and supportive. I truly feel like everyone we have encountered really cares about us and knows what they're doing. The online portal is very easy to access and helpful to have! The receptionists are always so helpful and nice, which is really a relief because sometimes just calling into a doctors office can be challenging. I’m highly disappointed at the staff in this office-silver spring location. They are very rude and lack compassion and empathy which is very essential and a cornerstone quality in healthcare. All they care about is money, without giving regards to your sick child. They charged for a missed appointment from sometime ago, which was inadvertently missed. As a result they declined seeing a toddler who needed argent care until payment of $25 was received; can you imagine that. That is very pathetic and appalling, given that we have never missed an appointment or own the office any money. Also, I have had other encounters which I didn’t really pay much attention to but this time around I know for sure I have to sick care somewhere else. I am definitely withdrawing my kids from this practice. The
