Primary Pediatrics

I’ve had a mixed experience with my kids' pediatrician. On one hand, the nurses and the nurse practitioner are fantastic. They’re always friendly and great with the kids, making our visits much more pleasant. However, I've found it really frustrating that getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. It seems like no one answers, which can be a big issue when you need to ask questions or make appointments. As for the doctor, I sometimes feel judged during our visits, which doesn’t make for the best experience as a parent. Overall, while the staff is kind and caring, the phone communication needs serious improvement, and the doctor's attitude could use some work. Doctor is pretty nice. Staff is awful. Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Always show up on time for our appointments and it takes 20-30 minutes to get checked in and another 30-45 minutes to be seen. Today my infant and I were stuck in a supply room to receive her booster shot rather than having us wait for a room to open up. A freakin supply closet. We will obviously not be returning.

My son and I both had a very pleasant experience! In and out under 30 mins. We did go to the new location in front of the Forsyth hospital. Very clean and great doctor and NP.

We love this office, Dr Kinnebrew, Julia Yawn, NP and all of the staff. It is so wonderful having an office so near to where we live, work and go to school. The care is always thorough and patient-centered.

If I could give them no stars I would. This office is absolutely terrible. The ladies in the office are sweet. But the nurse there has no personality not even friendly. The lobby is not even clean. My 3 year old baby girl screams when she sees Dr. We will NOT be back to this one.
