Jodi was such a joy to work with! I left each session more relaxed than when I came in. I started the program thinking I'd just learn some strengthening exercises, but left with so much more knowledge. She equips you to continue work after the program ends, but leaves the door open if you ever have questions. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Jodi is a patient centered, effective provider. She has a kind and loving demeanor. She provides education at all visits and updates the home program app frequently. Her office is beautiful and inviting!

She is very thorough, listens to exactly what you are experiencing, and gives you a plan. My issues were years of wear and tear (complicated births, surgeries, etc) on the body and I thought there were no options to get back to physical exercising. After just a few months I had my life back. Jodi makes you feel comfortable and her only goal is to get you better. And she does it!

Jodi is absolutely amazing! She was able to provide me with relief from pelvic pain I’ve had for about 8 years which has changed my life. She made my period pains go away and it has become shorter and much much lighter! I could not recommend a better practice in the middle Georgia area!
