Primary Pediatrics

Thank you to the front desk staff who helped me today to book my toddler's appointment. Recently, I had to change my Pediatrician (since they were closing down their offices) and was struggling to find a Pediatrician office to accept my toddler as a new patient. While I was stuck for two months trying to book an appointment with another office, I decided to give Primary Pediatrics a call to see if they would accept in scheduling an appointment. The front desk staff helped me to review what steps needed to be taken and were able to take my information and get me scheduled with the next available opening. I am so confident the visits will go well and again thank you so much for making me feel cared for!

01/06/2026 Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the treatment I received from a front desk staff member when I called today to request additional information about my baby’s hearing test and referral. During my initial call, the staff member abruptly ended the conversation and told me to “call my supervisor,” without providing any clarification. I was confused by this response. After waiting, I called back, and once the same staff member recognized my voice, the call was disconnected again. This experience was very distressing and unprofessional, especially given that I was calling about my child’s medical care. The front line with Mrs. Leslie and Ms. Tonya at the front desk is exceptional always professional, kind, and willing to go out of their way to help, even in urgent situations. They greet families warmly, always with a smile, and you can tell they’ve built close-knit relationships with children and parents alike. From paperwork to consent forms to scheduling, they make sure everything is accurate and complete. Their attention to detail with insurance, appointments, and preparation allows the doctors and nurse practitioners to focus fully on patient care. I love the Bowie branch! The doctors there are so personable and honestly care about my son so much. Ms. Chung is the best doctor there. All the staff are very attentove and caring like a real family to all the needs for my child and always made my son and I very comfortable every visit! They are very informative and efficient with everything. I would highly recommend this company (Bowie location)for any child pediatric appointments This is coming from a first time mother!

I always… ALWAYS feel like this office genuinely cares for my family, from the front office staff to the doctors, especially Dr. Skoda. She is amazing. The personal connection she offers makes her feel like she is family to the level I truly feel she cares. She is quite friendly, she tries to make my children comfortable, and she gives the knowledge and respect to the parents. We were referred to her by others in the class we were in for new parents, and we are thrilled we took the advice. She also is involved with Holy Cross where we had our children. When we need to make a visit, there is almost no waiting in the waiting room. There is a “sick” waiting room to separate those who are not sick.
