Primary Healthcare of Millington

Iv been with this office for two years. And for the past few months this office has grown to become very unprofessional. They have a guy working the front desk. He's rude, I walked in the first thing he did was shove paper work in my face. Never said hello, didnt ask if I had an appointment, the he turned to the other receptionist an stated that the lab was left dirty. WOW. to top it off he is clearly a gay male. He gossiped, rolled his eyes, and made gestures the entire time I waited to see the doctor. My personal oppionion if dr. Lindsey made staff changes to better the clinic. She sure as hell made some poor choices. Guess shes tryibg to save a buck. But I guess she will need to once she looses patients.

I took my daughter here for her 2 week check up and it seemed like an ok establishment. My daughter Is now 7 weeks old and had a fever of 102.3. I called the office and the entire line is automated for starters. I left an urgent message stating her temperature and other symptoms. 2 hours passed and I still didn't get a response so I ended up taking her to an urgent care clinic which ended up sending us to the ER which ended up hospitalizing her for what was supposed to be 48 hours. For them to discharge her I had to have an appointment scheduled with her primary care doctor. I called the clinic and left multiple messages urgent and non urgent to try to get her follow-up scheduled and still, no response. I am very angry because now we have to stay an extra night in the hospital just so I c

If there was a rating that I could give this place less than 1 star I would do so. I went to this place because I had severe abdominal pains and frequent bathroom visits, on some days it would be up to 16 times. I submitted a stool sample to this place on March 29th, 2014 and as of now on April 26th, 2014 I still have yet to get any results. Every day for two weeks I called asking for the results, and each time I was told they were not in but I could call back every day if I need to in order to check on the status of the samples. The staff even told me they would leave messages with the doctors telling them that I was calling about the sample and wanted to know some information. This is one of the WORST doctor's offices i have been a patient with. They are rude and act like they don't want to help you! The lab tech hung up in my face when I was calling to ask for help and didn't pick up the phone when I called back. The only one that seems to care is Tammy. I would not recommend coming here.
