Misleading and Money-Driven Eye Care ⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST EYE CARE FACILITY I visited this eye care center in my neighborhood for an exam. The office was clean, and the receptionist seemed friendly. Since it wasn’t busy, I was seen quickly. The eye specialist appeared thorough at first, but the experience soon raised red flags. I was told I needed three different pairs of glasses , one for computer work and reading, plus two more: one bifocal and one progressive. That made no sense to me. I’ve used reading glasses for years, and no other doctor ever said I needed multiple prescriptions. It became clear the focus here is on sales, not patient care. The staff tried to confuse me into unnecessary purchases for financial gain. Most insurance plans only cover single-vision and bifocal

So calm and professional it’s just the customers who make it so Nasty So I took a chance to get my Versace glasses welded back since i slept on them and bent them ! I wanted to get it fixed w/ insurance but it has nothing to do with INS since I bought my own frames separately . they offered to bend it back but are NOT liable if the medal breaks which makes sense . I took a chance and thank GOODNESS it didn’t break you saved me $278 dollars and I got these frames with .transition lens . Bifocal lens . Blue light And lens coating In case I drop them

ONE STAR...When going to a merchant and expecting honesty, integrity and truth from someone that you patronize. I would think they would appreciate your service & do right by you. Such is not the case with this merchant. It seems, petty amounts of cash, no matter the story's the merchant has to tell the insurance company to deceive the customer is the goal & the depth he'll go to get a payday. When a customer comes to your store with a request for service in your own community, you would think your own people would be righteous when you patronize them. Not the case here. Be careful of wolves in sheep clothing. We both know the TRUTH. (Karma) the orisha Ayelala awaits to address this matter...
