I have to say I had a nice experience in my visit to this dental office. The assistant Ivy and Rosalia were super friendly, funny and kind so as Dr. De La Providencia. I fell super comfortable during my cleaning. I definitely consider this office my new dental home.

I’m really impressed with the new doctors and management at this dental office! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about patients. The whole experience felt smooth and welcoming. You can tell they’ve made real improvements. Highly recommend giving them a try!

My mom had an appointment at 11am and was not seen until 12pm We ended up waiting the hour to be seen, which is completely unacceptable. My mom has health conditions that make it difficult for her to sit for long periods, and this long wait was very uncomfortable for her. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of transparency and professionalism. If appointments are running behind, patients should be informed in advance or given realistic timeframes. My time and my mother’s should be valued the same way the doctors expect their time to be valued. I truly hope this office takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and scheduling moving forward. Patients deserve honesty and respect when it comes to their time and health.

The new doctors and management are fantastic! Super professional, friendly and the whole office feels refreshed. I've never felt more comfortable at the dentist.
