This doctor is truly an angel. Every single time we visit him whether it's me, a family member, or even a friend we are always amazed by how much time he gives us. He never rushes, and he genuinely cares. He listens carefully to all of our concerns and takes each one seriously, no matter how small. You can feel that he truly wants to help, not just treat symptoms. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgeable, cultured, and professional. Doctors like him are very very rare, and we are so grateful to have him. Thank you so much doctor Ramez. I and my teenage son have been patients of Dr.R. Sulaiman for 4 years, and I can say without hesitation that he is a great doctor. From the moment I walked with my child into the office, I felt welcomed and my son felt at ease. The front desk ladies are very nice and accommodating, they always make the effort to give me appointments that fit my work schedule. Dr. R. Sulaiman takes the time to truly listen to me and my son, addresses all my concerns and explains my son’s treatment options in details. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always ensures that I fully understand my child’s diagnosis and care plan. I truly appreciate the professionalism and warmth that Dr. R. I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Dr.Ramez Sulaiman. During a critical medical crisis, he failed to attend to his patient or provide the necessary attention and support. This lack of responsiveness placed the patient's health at serious risk. I expected professionalism, compassion, and urgency in such a situation, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This experience has greatly diminished my trust in his ability to provide reliable medical care. I called the clinic with an extreme high blood pressure reading twice on Tuesday and then on Thursday and all I got was we will have the doctor call you.I ended up going to the ER with my blood pressure reading 190/113 to seek medical attention.On Saturday the doctor’s assistant called with a very nasty and rude attitude I

I am beyond pleased with my visit to Dr. Sulaiman. He is very professional, kind, excellent communicator and very thorough in his approach to work. One can see that he cares about doing his work well and thus providing superb care for his patients. He took time to listen and address my concerns. Additionally, the reception/nurses were friendly and very helpful as well. I highly recommend this doctor and his practice.
