Huge fan of Chantel and Dr. Powell - however, this front office needs an overhaul. They never answer the phone, ever. The fact that you have to leave a voicemail to request to schedule an appointment is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they’re unable to answer it and just place it on hold if they’re taking care of a patient in front of them. I also called like a month ago for an appointment and left a voicemail and never got a call back.

These are some of the best people I have ever met. I was going through a rough situation health wise and nurse practitioner Victoria and Chantel was awesome they would not stop until I got what I needed, thanks to them and there staff I'm going to be ok, they got and getting me the help I need . Thank you ladies all yall are amazing women. I will never forget the kindness, patients and understanding yall showed me in my time uncertainty.

Absolutely love Dr. Powell and her Nurse Practitioners. They always make sure that your concerns are tended to and that you understand what is going on before you leave. Receptionist and Nurses are just as amazing been going for years myself and my children all have seen them for well over 20 years now will continue to keep going.

Dr. Powell exhibits concern and care for her patients. She LISTENS. She does not make me feel rushed. Jessica (nurse) is also awesome....and the young lady that swabs our noses is sweet as pie. They are usually swiftly responsive to a left message. The receptionist stays extremely busy, don't hesitate to leave a message.

Dr.Powell is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with ever. She does not have her patients concerns and medical problems first. It is her way or no way. She diagnose people by her personal opinions. For example, instead of saying you got Covid, she will say it's the flu) Wow!!!! I've only been here less than 2yrs in Monroeville,Al and I have been treated soo poorly here!!! Please let this clinic be the last place you visit!! If I could I will give them a -1 star. They also do not document your information in the computer, they call you and set your appointment but when you arrive that day, they will say they have no record of it!!!! If you want a second opinion on your health, she will banned you from her facility due to " patient and physician disagreement on care." WOW!!!! I warn anyone t
