Went in for a check up and for them to call in my seizure medicine because I had to be seen. They never told me I had to pay before hand. All this office is about is MONEY! I would’ve had to pay $120 and all I had was $80 and needed to to get food for my babies. Angie told me to even though they know I’m literally about out and could’ve paid a little towards my visit that they could not see me with what I had to offer! I have 5 seizure medicine pills left. Was told “Go to the ER” . So unprofessional. Miss when Dr. Lane was over the group. He cared about his patients and not the pay right then and there. Definitely don’t recommend, especially if your low income and really need your medicine!!!

Appointments are super easy. The staff is super friendly. Dr. House is super friendly but no he's not that great about listening or taking very serious matters very seriously. He just needs slow down and listen that's all that is needed for him to be a great doctor

Receptionist is very rude. I scheduled a specific appointment time with her and upon arrival I was informed my appointment time had been changed and I couldn’t be seen for at least 45 mins. Then after waiting 30 minutes, she informed me my insurance was not accepted there yet we spoke over the phone prior to the appointment and I was told it was accepted then and also according to my insurance provider they are in network. Terrible experience.

First time here and it was for a physical and a drug screening. The staff was incredibly friendly. If I lived in Monroe County, I would definitely make this my primary physician. Great doctor.
