I placed my order for GlucoBurn on August 20,2025. I ordered the 3 bottle package which took longer to arrive than I expected. Started taking on September 1,2025. Not expecting an auto-renewal, November 18,2025 I get an email that a renewal order is being processed & my credit card was being charged. I contacted customer support via email since their phone number never is answered when I call. I requested the order be cancelled & a refund. I was told it could not be done. I went on line to manage your account & cancelled the auto-renewal, which I never agreed to. I also had to get a $54/mo subscription to a newsletter I never wanted. I have no idea who these people are. They just started posting charges to my credit card. I have canceled the card and now have to change my account information for all the vendors I deal with!

I ordered a book and cost was charged to my credit card. To my dismay and surprise, I am now being charged $39.97 a month since December 2024 ($39.97 x 3 months Dec, Jan and Feb) with another charge to be made for March for something I never, ever ordered or use. I never ordered any newsletter subscription. Therefore, this monthly charge of $39.97 is erroneous and is a scam. Please reverse the erroneous charge to my credit card. And please stop charging me.

I ordered your brain health tablets and they gave me severe diarrhea . I cancelled immediately. This was almost a year ago. On June 30 you charged my credit card for $56.99 and then on July 11 you charged $49.99 to my card but my bank caught that last charge as fraud and cancelled my card. Please refund my $56. I’ve been trying to contact your company about my credit card being charged a fee of almost $50.00 every month for a newsletter? I’m on a fixed income and I need you to cancel whatever I inadvertently signed up for that I didn’t realize I was signing up for. If you don’t get me removed from your system and stop all charges immediately I will go to the Credit Union and cancel my credit card. If I knew this was going to happen I would not have ordered any of your products and I certainly won’t be ordering anything more from you. Rick Johnson
