I have been with Priceville Pharmacy in Decatur for more than seven years, and during all this time they have shown outstanding professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their patients. This is not just a pharmacy — it is a place where people truly look after you. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with friendliness and respect, and the staff always takes the time to answer questions, explain medications, and make sure I fully understand everything. What I appreciate most is their willingness to go the extra mile. If something needs clarification, they will personally reach out to my doctor, double-check prescriptions, and ensure that any potential issues are resolved quickly and accurately. This level of communication is rare and incredibly valuable. I always feel safe and supported

Me and my family have used this pharmacy for 8 or 9 years now. They are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST pharmacy. The ladies that work here are intelligent, sweet, and caring. I HIGHLY recommend Priceville Pharmacy for all your medication needs. Everyone of the ladies that work here are an absolute blessing to me and my family.

Fantastic place, they all know us by name! They've gone above and beyond to help us when we were running late, etc. They have several Spanish-speaking employees and seem to be a great service for Hispanic patients. They've helped us find coupons for some really expensive prescriptions. We'd never go anywhere else!

Not sure who was helping me but on 1/2/24 at 5:25 I came through the drive thru because I needed a prescription that I used to get at this pharmacy. My mother has used them since they opened. They have no loyalty to their customers and even though I handed them my Cigna (insurance & pharmacy card) they don’t make separate ones (7+ other pharmacies have had no issues with this) they made me log in to 3 different applications only to turn me away because they didn’t have what they needed. Not sure what else they need and they didn’t even specify what else they needed either just straight up turned me away. I even gave them a chance to save my business and told them to transfer my stuff to Publix, but they didn’t even seem to want it. Serves me right for going out of my way to not support a c
